Privacy policy

What we collect

Account information

Your email address, and your name and profile photo if you sign in with Google. We use this to identify your account and to contact you about the service.

Brand configuration

The brand name, domain, aliases, category, competitor list and monitored prompts you enter. This is the input to the tracking runs.

Tracking data

The responses returned by model providers and search surfaces for your prompts, stored with a timestamp, plus the measurements derived from them. These are responses to your prompts about your category; they are not personal data about your customers.

Payment information

We never see or store your card details. Payment is handled by Paddle as merchant of record. We store the subscription identifier, plan and status that Paddle sends us so we know what your account is entitled to.

Basic usage logs

Standard server logs, including IP address and request timing, kept for security and debugging and rotated on a short cycle. We do not run advertising trackers or sell data to anyone.

Who we share it with

Supabase hosts the database and authentication. Vercel hosts the application. Paddle processes payments. DataForSEO executes the tracking queries against model providers. Each receives only what it needs to perform that function.

Where it lives

Data is stored in Supabase's Singapore region. Model queries are executed by our data supplier, which may route them through providers in other jurisdictions, principally the United States.

How long we keep it

Tracking history is retained for as long as your subscription is active, because the history is what makes trend data meaningful. After cancellation we keep it for 30 days so you can export or reactivate, then delete it. Billing records are kept as long as tax law requires.

Your rights

You can access, export, correct or delete your data at any time. Email rommel@sagot.io and we will action it within 30 days. If you are in a jurisdiction with statutory data rights, such as the EU or the UK, those rights apply and this policy does not limit them.

Cookies

We set a session cookie so you stay logged in, and Paddle sets cookies required to complete a checkout. There are no advertising or cross-site tracking cookies on this site.
