The money part, in plain words.
Who actually charges my card?
Paddle, our merchant of record. They handle the checkout, the receipt and the sales tax or VAT for your country, so the invoice comes from Paddle on our behalf. It also means we can sell from the Philippines without asking you to wire money anywhere.
Can I cancel, and what happens to my data?
Month to month, cancel any time from your billing settings, no minimum term. Tracking stops at the end of the period you paid for. Your stored answers stay readable for 30 days after that, and you can export them at any point.
How do I move from Package 1 to Package 2?
One button in billing settings. Paddle prorates the difference for the rest of the period, and the extra engines join at the next weekly run. Downgrades work the same way and take effect at the end of the period, so you never lose data you already paid to collect.
What does per brand mean if I run an agency?
Each brand is its own subscription with its own 20 prompts, competitors and history. Add one when you win the client, cancel it when the engagement ends. No seat fees, so your whole team can log in to any brand you own.
Is there a free trial?
The free scan is the trial, and it costs you nothing but a domain. We would rather show you two real pages about your own brand than give you 14 days to configure a tool you haven't decided on yet.
Do you offer annual billing?
Not yet. Everything is monthly while we are in private beta, because asking for a year up front from a product this young would not be fair to you.
